Strahan Colonial Cottages requires 50% of the total charge to secure bookings if booking is made 14 days or longer from arrival, payment in full is required 14 days prior to arrival. For bookings made under 14 days payment in full is required. This property does not accept cancellations to bookings under 30 days. Refunds are not available. Cancellation requested in writing with 30 days notice or more will be refunded 50% of depsosit
